Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Business Manager to drive Foot & Ankle sales across Finland. You will develop territory plans, lead negotiations and partner with clinical and commercial stakeholders in a field-based capacity, with significant travel across Finland.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales within MedTech/healthcare, fluent Finnish and English, and a valid driver’s license. This senior contributor role offers growth and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare or related fields.
5+ years of work experience, including sales experience in MedTech/healthcare sectors.
For internal candidates: PTQ Achievement requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills in Finnish and English.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Finland.

Responsibilities

Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts, driving revenue, market share and pipeline.
Develop and execute territory/account plans and negotiate complex sales opportunities.
Provide clinical and commercial advisement, engage stakeholders and support tender processes.
Build long-term relationships with clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders to ensure service quality.
