Job summary

Stryker in Finland is seeking a Sales Business Manager to promote the Foot & Ankle portfolio nationwide. You will reside in the middle or south of Finland and manage territory strategies, build relationships with clinicians and administrators, and drive sustainable revenue growth with a high level of independence.

You will start with training on our portfolio, then lead complex negotiations, develop territory plans, and collaborate across functions to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience, including sales, preferably in MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Finnish and English proficiency with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Finland.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to act as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and execute robust territory and account plans.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through close and conduct advanced customer discussions.
• Build trusted partnerships with key clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders.
• Act as a mentor and role model, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and high standards of execution.
