Stryker in Finland is seeking a Sales Business Manager for our Foot & Ankle portfolio. You will promote and sell across Finland, operating in a field-based role with extensive customer engagement in multiple cities.

You will own territory strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead negotiations while collaborating across functions to deliver results. The role requires 5+ years in sales and strong Finnish and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma or equivalent experience in business, healthcare or related fields.
• 5+ years of work experience in sales, preferably in MedTech, Biotech, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Finnish and English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts in Finland, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and maintain robust territory and account plans to guide business growth.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through close and support tenders and negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships with key clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, provide clinical and commercial insights to customers and colleagues.
• Travel across Finland to engage with customers and advance sales opportunities.
