Job summary

Stryker is recruiting a Sales Business Manager to promote and sell the Foot & Ankle portfolio across Finland. You will operate in the middle or south of Finland, with the role demanding strong relationship-building and strategic sales leadership.

You will own territory plans, drive revenue growth, and collaborate across functions to deliver results. You will bring 5+ years of sales experience in MedTech or healthcare, with Finnish and English proficiency and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Mandatory degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience, including sales in MedTech/Healthcare sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills in Finnish and English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Finland.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts in Finland.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies; lead negotiations and opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with key clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders.
• Support tender processes and lead complex sales opportunities from qualification to close.
• Represent Stryker professionally and uphold company values in all interactions.
