Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in sales within MedTech or healthcare, fluency in Finnish and English, and a valid driver’s license. Travel across Finland is expected in a hybrid work setup with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience, including sales in MedTech or healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal communications and proficiency in Finnish and English.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to travel across Finland.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies, and lead sales opportunities.
• Support tenders and complex sales opportunities from qualification through close.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders.
