Job summary

Stryker in Finland is seeking a Sales Business Manager to drive durable sales growth for the Foot & Ankle portfolio. You will own territory performance, develop strategic plans, and lead complex negotiations with key customers across the country.

You will engage with clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering on commitments while supporting in operating room discussions when needed. A strong track record in MedTech sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma or equivalent experience in business, physiotherapy, nursing or healthcare.
• 5+ years of work experience, including sales in MedTech/healthcare.
• Finnish and English proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Strong commercial/business awareness.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel across Finland.

Responsibilities

• Own overall sales performance for assigned territories and accounts, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and maintain robust territory and account plans.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through close and conduct advanced customer discussions.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, commercial and administrative stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
• Demonstrate informal sales leadership, mentoring colleagues and promoting best practices across the team.
