As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a HR Partner to join their team based in Finland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional in the data centre sector to advance their career within a globally recognised environment.

What you'll do:

• Lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical facility infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, cooling systems, fire systems and BMS.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all mission-critical systems through robust operational management.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead and develop teams of facility engineers, technicians and contractors while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

What you'll need:

• Strong data centre experience within large-scale facilities, ideally hyperscale or AI-focused environments.
• Mechanical or Electrical background with strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience leading operations teams within a mission-critical or 24/7 operational environment.
• Ideally Finnish or experienced working in Finland, with knowledge of local regulations, utility providers and compliance requirements.
