Job summary

Next Job Abroad is helping a client in the iGaming sector find a dedicated Finnish-speaking customer service professional. You will assist players with inquiries, explain products and site policies, and ensure high-quality support on a shift basis.

Relocation to Malta is provided, along with private health insurance, meals, and wellbeing perks. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values empathy, accuracy, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Finnish speaker with strong English (C1) required.
• Willingness to work on shifts.
• Experience handling customer inquiries with empathy.
• Excellent listening and organisational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage stress.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling and AML basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist players with inquiries and provide solutions.
• Explain products, site policies, and promotions.
• Update customer accounts with necessary details.
• Support players in Responsible Gambling.
• Collaborate with Fraud and Payments teams.
• Identify and report AML issues.
• Deliver timely, personalized, high-quality service.

• Be a fluent or native Finnish speaker with a C1 level of English, both spoken and written

• Enable our client's players with quality solutions in a timely, personal, and professional manner that exceeds the customers’ expectations
• Identify and support players in any difficulties they might encounter
• Provide explanations to customers about products/site/policies/ promotions, etc.
• Update customer account/details with necessary information when needed
• Understand, guide, and support players in Responsible Gambling
• Collaborate with our client's Fraud and payments team in customer queries
• Understand AML and report any suspicious activity
