Qualifikationen

• Strong senior commercial leadership experience within medical devices environment.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and commercial performance.
• Experience with full or significant P&L responsibility and ownership of a country, business unit or substantial commercial operation.
• Established understanding of the Finnish healthcare and medical device market.

• Take overall leadership responsibility for the Finnish business, with the title of CEO.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead, motivate and develop the local organisation, creating a high‑performing and engaged team.
