Job summary

DLA Piper’s Corporate team seeks a newly qualified lawyer to join as an associate, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate matters. You will support Finnish and international clients as part of a collaborative global team, gaining hands-on experience in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• Master of Laws (OTM) with interest in M&A and corporate law.
• Finnish law degree is valued and Finnish/English proficiency required.
• Previous M&A trainee experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and corporate law matters.
• Conduct legal and ESG due diligence and draft/ review transaction documents.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border assignments.
