Job summary

Avance is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for its Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Helsinki. The candidate will handle both private and public M&A transactions, draft and negotiate transactional documents, and coordinate due diligence while interfacing with clients and the deal team.

The role requires a Master of Laws degree, approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience from law firms, and fluency in Finnish and English to support an international client base.

Your role

Our team is dedicated to advising clients on their most complex and demanding M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Your role will involve coordinating and assisting in both private and public M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating a broad range of transaction documents, coordinating due diligence reviews, and actively interfacing clients and other members of the deal team. You will work in close collaboration with other members of our transaction and project teams and generally contribute to the development of our firm.
