Job summary

FI1 Trane Finland Oy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center projects in Finland. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, acting as the primary client contact and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

You will manage communication, equipment logistics, onsite readiness, and risk mitigation to achieve successful outcomes in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in data centers, HVAC, industrial systems, or similar technical environments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
• Experience with commissioning, warranty processes, and field service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and develop strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Contractor and other onsite partners.
• Manage the flow of information between stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Oversee technical resources to support all phases of project delivery and liaise with equipment coordination and scheduling teams.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide clear project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain complete project documentation including schedules, approvals, changes, and closeout materials.
