Danone is seeking an experienced HR Manager to be the Finland HR contact and drive regional initiatives from Helsinki. This role blends local ownership with international exposure and requires working on-site most days.

You will support Finnish employment law, guide managers and employees, and lead cross-market HR projects using data and digital tools. Join a purpose-driven company in a fast-moving consumer goods environment with development opportunities.

Formación

• Broad core HR experience with strong knowledge of Finnish employment law and employee relations.
• Proven ability to manage projects from idea to implementation.
• Comfort working with local and regional stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Data-driven mindset to support decisions and recommendations.
• Digitally confident and interested in HR technology and process improvement.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, pragmatic and curious with the ability to balance priorities.
• Experience in international organisations or FMCG environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers in Finland, collaborating with local stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on Finnish employment law, employee relations, local regulations and market practices.
• Manage local HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, policies, reporting and engagement initiatives.
• Lead annual HR activities, upskilling managers and ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead and contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives.
• Use data and digital tools to support decisions and improve HR processes.
