Job summary

INFICON Aaland Ab in Mariehamn, Åland, Finland, is seeking a Process Developer to join our finance and accounting team. The role focuses on developing our internal processes in close cooperation with local and international colleagues to ensure alignment with the Group's standard processes.

You will work on purchasing and invoice handling improvements, automate cash flow forecasting, and participate in ERP system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or business administration.
• Experience with similar financial processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Practical and solution-oriented with a structured, proactive mindset.
• Ability to drive improvements across teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and streamline the purchasing process, from order registration to receipt of invoice.
• Develop and streamline the invoice handling process, from invoice receipt and approval to payment via bank.
• Automate and streamline cash flow forecasting.
• Participate in the transition to a new ERP version.
