Job description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join Roche Diagnostics in Espoo.

Roche Diagnostics is part of Roche, a global healthcare leader with more than 125 years of experience in advancing science and improving lives. Every year, more than 26 million people are treated with Roche medicines and over 30 billion tests are conducted using our diagnostics solutions. Together, more than 100,000 employees worldwide are dedicated to advancing science and improving access to healthcare for people today and for future generations. At Roche, we foster curiosity, collaboration, and innovation to develop life-changing healthcare solutions with a lasting global impact.

What would you be doing?

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting Roche's local finance operations, reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Your responsibilities include month-end closing activities, financial and sales data analysis, the preparation of recurring financial and operational reports, and maintaining high-quality financial master data.

You will also support the development of finance systems, reporting tools and processes while helping ensure reliable financial information across the organization. In addition, you will take full ownership of the local ICFR process from a finance perspective, including documentation and compliance activities. As Roche's local Tableau key user, you will support colleagues in making effective use of reporting and analytics solutions by providing user support, developing reporting capabilities and adapting global solutions to local business needs.

Working closely with Account Managers, Product Managers, Roche Shared Services and global analytics teams, you will support business controlling and statutory reporting activities while contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The position is based in Espoo and offers a hybrid working model, where we spend around three days a week together at the office. You will be employed by Biisoni and work on assignment at Roche Diagnostics in a full-time fixed-term role until March 2028. A continuation may be possible after the assignment.

What are we looking for?

We expect you to have a few years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling, financial reporting or a similar finance role. You have a sound understanding of financial accounting and experience supporting financial reporting, month-end processes and business controlling activities. You are comfortable working with financial data and developing reports that support business decision-making. A degree in finance, business administration, industrial engineering or another relevant field is also expected.

We expect you to have experience with Tableau or Power BI and a good understanding of how reporting and analytics solutions are built, maintained and developed. Strong Excel skills are essential, while previous experience with SAP and financial master data management will be considered an advantage.

As the role involves close collaboration with both local and international stakeholders, fluent Finnish and English skills are required.

To succeed in this position, you are analytical, proactive and collaborative. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work and are comfortable balancing recurring monthly responsibilities with changing business needs.

This is an opportunity to take on a broad and impactful finance role in a globally recognized healthcare organization. The position combines operational finance, reporting, business intelligence and data management, offering a unique chance to develop your expertise across multiple areas of finance.

You will work closely with experienced finance professionals, business leaders and global analytics teams while contributing to a significant SAP transformation. Your work will have a visible impact on the organization by strengthening financial processes, improving reporting capabilities and supporting data-driven decision-making.

The monthly salary for the position is approximately €4,000-5,000, depending on your experience and expertise.
