Thermo Fisher Scientific Oy in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at one of our Centers of Excellence. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions with a strong SAP focus and cross-functional collaboration across global stakeholders.

You will work on requirements gathering, process mapping, and SAP implementation initiatives to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and business growth.

Competenze

• Advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in business analysis or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP implementations, preferably SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules, such as SD, MM, QM, PP, or FICO
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• Experience implementing enterprise systems and applications
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build alignment between stakeholders
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

How will you make an impact?

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technology solutions, with a strong focus on SAP and business process development.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into practical solutions. From requirements gathering through implementation, you will help deliver projects that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and business growth.

How will you get there?

• Advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field

Experience with SQL, Power BI, process automation, and AI-enabled solutions such as ChatGPT is considered an advantage.

Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or SAFe are also beneficial.

Knowledge of French is considered an additional advantage.

The selected candidate will undergo a health examination, including a drug test, before starting in the role.
