Job summary

Mehiläinen in Helsinki is seeking a Development and Project Manager, Finance to join our Finance team. You will bridge finance, technology and business development to translate requirements into scalable, automated finance solutions across our group.

You will drive AI-driven initiatives, manage global finance system development projects (D365 F&O, Power Platform, UiPath), and lead rollouts in acquired companies while collaborating with controllers, IT, and vendors.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in development work and leading initiatives.
Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions in finance.
Hands-on expertise in finance system development, automation, integrations, data analytics and AI.
Experience with D365 F&O and Rillion Prime.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience with Power Platform or UiPath StudioX and building D365 agents.
Fluent English required; Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage global transformation programs involving D365 F&O, process harmonization, and multi-vendor environments.
Oversee finance system development and API/integration projects from requirements to implementation.
Drive process automation with Power Platform, UiPath StudioX and related tools to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Lead AI-driven finance solutions including agents in D365 to automate processes.
Act as AI Product Owner for finance and prioritize development initiatives.
Improve efficiency of accounts payable/receivable across countries.
Support implementation and adoption of new tools and processes.
Lead rollouts in acquired companies as a project manager.
