Job summary

Mehiläinen Oy, a leading Finnish healthcare company, seeks a D365FO System Specialist to join the Finance department in Helsinki (Kamppi). The role focuses on global D365FO system integration projects, automating finance processes, and defining integration requirements with IT and consultants.

You will support finance teams across Finland and internationally and help drive AI-enabled digitalisation. The position requires solid D365FO experience, good Excel skills, and a strong accounting

We are looking for a D365FO System specialist to join our Finance department in Helsinki, Kamppi.

As a D365FO System specialist, you will be part of our dynamic D365FO team, operating globally across the Mehiläinen Group. You will collaborate closely with finance colleagues and our IT department. Our team plays a crucial role in global finance system integration projects, providing essential support and adding value to our finance operations both in Finland and internationally. We are committed to developing and automating finance processes from a system perspective, striving to be a forerunner in leveraging AI and digitalization.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in global D365FO system integration projects and implementations, representing the finance user perspective.
• Contribute to developing and automating finance processes within D365FO and Power Platform, focusing on efficiency and usability.
• Take part in defining requirements for new technical integrations in D365FO, together with IT and external consultants.
• Provide support and guidance to finance teams in Finland and globally regarding D365FO functionalities.
• Support testing, training and adoption of new D365FO features and processes among finance users.
• Collaborate effectively with internal finance and IT teams, as well as external consultants.

Qualifications & experience

• Work experience in finance, with hands-on experience using D365FO as a key user or in a similar role.
• Experience participating in D365FO integration projects or system implementations is considered an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of D365FO, alongside solid Excel skills
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Interest in D365FO functionalities and integrations, even without deep technical or developer-level expertise.
• Fluent English is required, Finnish is considered an advantage.
• Relevant higher university degree (e.g., MSc Econ., MSc ICT).
• The ability to work in a constantly changing environment across multiple development initiatives at the same time — you don’t wait for ready-made assignments but identify development opportunities yourself and drive them forward.
