Job summary

Mehiläinen is seeking a D365FO System Specialist to join the Finance department in Helsinki. You will participate in global system integration projects, help automate finance processes, and define integration requirements with IT and external consultants.

You will support finance teams in Finland and globally, contribute to training, testing and adoption of new D365FO features, and collaborate across internal and external partners in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using D365FO as a key user.
• Experience participating in D365FO integration projects or system implementations is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of D365FO, alongside solid Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Fluent English is required, Finnish is considered an advantage.
• Relevant higher university degree (MSc Econ., MSc ICT).
• The ability to work in a constantly changing environment across multiple development initiatives at the same time — you don't wait for ready-made assignments but identify development opportunities yourself and drive them forward.

As a D365FO System specialist, you will be part of our dynamic D365FO team, operating globally across the Mehiläinen Group. You will collaborate closely with finance colleagues and our IT department. Our team plays a crucial role in global finance system integration projects, providing essential support and adding value to our finance operations both in Finland and internationally.
