Job summary

Sine Eng is seeking a Field Operations & Integration Manager to lead technology integration and customer adoption for military and enterprise clients, from initial technical requirements through deployment, user training, and feedback-driven product improvements.

This role combines project management, customer-facing technical leadership, field operations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful deployment and integration of our technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects with hardware or software components.
• Experience leading complex technical integration projects across hardware and software.
• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured specs, scope, and deliverables.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and support field activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Own customer integration projects end-to-end from discovery to deployment and handoff.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand UAV platforms, mission requirements, and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specs, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and develop implementation plans.
• Plan timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables with engineers and specialists.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations for successful delivery.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, field trials, and deployment activities.
• Ensure readiness of equipment, personnel, and training materials for customer engagements.
• Coordinate field tasks, testing campaigns, and hardware demonstrations.
• Gather and convey customer feedback to Product and R&D teams.
• Support troubleshooting and coordinate resolution of field issues.
• Provide operational coordination for the US office across teams and logistics.
