Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Photonics, Optics, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with fiber laser systems.
• Proficiency with optical alignment tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics and laser physics.
• Fluent in English; Finnish is an advantage.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Laser Technician to join our team in Helsinki. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting fiberlaser systems integral to Thor Dynamics' directed energy technologies. This role is essential forensuring the performance, precision, and reliability of our counter-drone defense solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and maintain fiber laser systems and components.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laser equipment.
