Job summary

Thor Dynamics in Helsinki seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with Finnish labor laws and company policies across a high-growth tech environment.

• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in defense, technology, or high-growth industries.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish is required.
