Job summary

Northern Lights Village Pyhä is seeking an experienced Experiences Coordinator to manage daily Experiences logistics and support Wilderness Guides and Guest Services Attendants. The role emphasizes initiative, innovation, and guest satisfaction to elevate the overall experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid B driver's license.
• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Experience as a wilderness guide.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Creative thinker with ability to innovate.
• Resilient and flexible under pressure.
• Patient and compassionate with staff and guests.
• Finnish language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and transportation for activities.
• Managing and motivating team members.
• Inventory management for gear, clothing, supplies and equipment.
• Liaise with taxi companies, reindeer herders and husky kennel workers.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, and adjust as needed.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with policies.
• Keep records of injuries, costs, incidents and participant interest.
