Job summary

Metso in Finland is seeking a Head of Everyday AI Adoption to enable organization-wide AI adoption, aligning AI initiatives with business priorities and empowering teams to work smarter with AI. You will lead a multidisciplinary team within the AI Transformation Office, collaborating with HR, IT and Learning & Development to drive practical improvements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously improve Metso’s Everyday AI adoption approach aligned with business priorities.
Build a role-based adoption roadmap with business leaders, HR and IT beyond tools.
Champion Everyday AI through demonstrations, hands-on experiments and practical examples.
Integrate AI advances into new ways of working that add value.
Lead a team maintaining reusable Everyday AI capabilities and resources.
