Job summary

Metso seeks an AI Portfolio Manager to join the AI Transformation Office within the Business Growth function. You will build a reliable view of AI activity and own the portfolio management processes and tools, ensuring consistent assessment and tracking across teams.

You will connect initiatives to business value and collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to drive informed decisions. You will report to the VP of AI Transformation and work with Data & Analytics, IT, and various Metso digital

Qualifications

Experience in portfolio management, governance or reporting in a complex organization.
Ability to turn scattered information into a clear business/technical view.
Experience developing portfolio tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

Create a clear view of all AI activity across Metso, from enterprise to local solutions.
Own and improve the portfolio management process from capture to tracking.
Own the portfolio tool from a business perspective and drive improvements.
Keep portfolio information up to date with initiative owners.
Set up practical ways to assess AI investments with business owners and Finance.
Connect AI initiatives to business priorities and value.
Provide reporting and insights on progress, gaps, overlaps, and reuse opportunities.
Prepare portfolio reviews and follow up on actions.
