Job summary

Metso is seeking a Head of Everyday AI Adoption to lead the AI transformation agenda and empower Metso teams to adopt Everyday AI effectively. You will shape adoption strategies, collaborate with HR, IT and business leaders, and drive scalable enablement across regions.

You will guide the creation of practical, responsible AI adoption practices, foster citizen AI development, and build a high-impact team within the AI Transformation Office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading adoption or business change that led to lasting new ways of working.
• Strong ability to mentor and scale enablement resources.
• Proven collaboration across business, IT, HR, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve Metso’s Everyday AI adoption approach aligning with business priorities.
• Build an adoption roadmap with leaders, HR and IT.
• Champion Everyday AI via demos, experiments and practical examples to build confidence.
