Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj is seeking a cybersecurity specialist to develop and maintain application security standards and ensure security requirements are integrated into development and procurement.

You will promote secure SDLC practices, support DevSecOps adoption across teams, and provide expert guidance to project teams while increasing awareness of security risks in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field plus 3+ years in cyber security or software development.
• Understanding of SSDLC, OWASP Top 10, application security testing, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures; advantage for manufacturing environments.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security or a related field 3+ years of experience in cyber security, application development, software engineering or related disciplines
• Understanding of SSDLC, OWASP Top 10, application security testing, secure coding, threat modelling, API security, authentication and authorization technologies, IAM and DevSecOps
• Experience with cloud-native and modern application architectures is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage
