Job summary

Outokumpu is seeking an End User Services Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to shape secure, scalable IAM solutions across the organization. You will design, implement and maintain IAM landscapes that meet cyber security and zero trust standards, aligning with business needs while collaborating with IT, OT and external partners.

You will bring several years of IAM/IGA experience, hands-on expertise with Entra ID and Active Directory, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Several years of IAM/IGA experience with hands-on configuration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of cyber security, zero trust principles, integrations in enterprise environments (SAP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration, with fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, tools, technology selections, and roadmaps.
• Act as SME for IAM solutions, guiding IT, OT and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions.
• Provide hands-on L2/L3 operational support for IAM solutions.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet cyber security, compliance, and zero-trust standards.
• Stay updated on industry IAM practices and technologies, applying them.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for effective service delivery.
• Option for on-call if needed.

Job description

Outokumpu is looking for an End User Services Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and future-ready IAM solutions.

As an IAM Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping Outokumpu’s Identity and Access Management landscape. You will ensure that IAM solutions support business needs, follow security and compliance requirements, and align with modern cyber security and zero trust principles.

Key accountabilities

• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, tools, technology selections, and roadmaps in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IAM solutions, providing guidance and support to IT, OT, and other business stakeholders.
• Participate in IT architectural governance and translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Provide hands‑on L2/L3 operational support for IAM solutions when needed.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet established cyber security, compliance, and zero trust standards.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging IAM technologies, incorporating them into the IAM landscape.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology providers to provide technical direction and ensure effective service delivery.
• Option for on‑call if needed

Job requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience from a similar role.
• Several years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong hands‑on configuration and development experience in IAM services.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM experience is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of cyber security, zero trust principles, integrations, and enterprise environments such as SAP.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a benefit.
