Job summary

Nordhealth is a remote-first company headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. We are seeking an Enterprise Support Team Lead to guide our Veterinary BU's Support team and serve enterprise customers across locations and countries.

Reporting to the Head of Support, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists, ensuring high-quality support, meeting SLAs, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a SaaS support team.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and SLAs for enterprise accounts.
• Strong communication with customers and cross-functional teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Support Specialists.
• Own SLAs, KPIs, and enterprise account performance.
• Manage hypercare for newly onboarded clinics and groups.
