Job summary

Medtronic in Finland is seeking a full-time Sales Representative for the ENT portfolio. You will build relationships with ENT surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers to drive adoption of our products across the territory.

You will promote treatments and provide clinical and technical support, demonstrations, and trainings in operating rooms and clinics. Regular travel across Finland is required to serve customers and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or business.
• Successful sales experience from the medical industry.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to sites across the defined region.
• Fluent Finnish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with ENT surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Promote and sell ENT products through direct clinical and commercial engagement.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and demonstrations in operating rooms or clinics.
• Provide clinical and technical product support during cases when needed.
• Monitor account performance, pipeline, forecast, and market activity.
• Develop relationships to enhance Medtronic’s image with clinicians.
