Job summary

Tandem Health is seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand our footprint in Finland. You will drive complex SaaS sales, manage tenders, and develop strategic partnerships with commercial partners, navigating multi-stakeholder environments across clinical, operational, procurement, IT, and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally SaaS/healthcare tech.
• Strong track record managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading or contributing to tenders, RFPs, or regulated procurement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, structured, and proactive approach to sales and account management.
• Native Finnish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales cycles from outbound motions through to close.
• Drive and contribute to public tender processes, including submissions and timelines.
• Manage multi-stakeholder relationships across clinical, operational, procurement, IT, and exec teams.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow Tandem’s presence in Finland.
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and commercial partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer workflows and priorities.
• Drive direct and partner-led commercial initiatives with strategic partners.
• Represent Tandem Health at conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve offering and customer experience.
• Maintain pipeline management and forecasting using CRM and GTM tools.
