• Understand and execute the customer journey and experience strategy.

• Partner with HCPs to identify and remove barriers to prescription.
• Build relationships with KOLs and key customers in respiratory.
• Monitor market access developments and support related activities.
• Share field insights with brand teams and leverage global resources.
• Uphold compliance, ethics, and business integrity.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and add value in your area.
