Job summary

Stora Enso Poland S.A. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Customer Service team at the Imatra Mill in Finland. This temporary role runs until the end of October 2027 to cover parental leave, reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Coordination.

You will own the entire order lifecycle and coordinate with sales, logistics, and planning to ensure on-time delivery. You will monitor orders and inventory, resolve deviations, and use tools like PowerBI, Celonis, and Salesforce to optimize

Qualifications

• University degree in business, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and proactive problem solving.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset focused on data accuracy, reporting and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of customer and raw material orders, including processing and modifications.
• Identify and resolve order fulfillment exceptions and process deviations.
• Delivery planning, tracking and performance follow-up for timely execution.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient information flow.
• Apply product knowledge to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Proactive inventory monitoring and stock management to ensure supply continuity.
• Problem-solving using tools such as PowerBI, Celonis and Salesforce.
