Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and proven ability to solve operational challenges proactively
• Committed to take responsibility and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with quality
• Analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy, reporting and process improvement
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an international environment
• Proactive and ready to take personal ownership of work performance
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to exchange ideas and information constructively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of customer and raw material orders, including order processing and modifications
• Identification and resolution of order fulfillment exceptions and process deviations
• Delivery planning, tracking, and performance follow-up to ensure timely execution
• Collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate information flow
• Apply product expertise to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
• Proactive inventory monitoring and stock management to ensure supply continuity
• Problem-solving and process support using tools like PowerBI, Celonis and Salesforce
