Job summary

Stora Enso Oyj is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for its Imatra Mill on a temporary basis until October 2027 to cover parental leave. You will manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate materials, and work with sales, logistics, and planning teams to resolve complex cases and improve processes.

The role requires a university degree and strong English communication, with exposure to PowerBI, Celonis and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ability to solve operational challenges proactively.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of customer and raw material orders, including processing and modifications.
• Identify and resolve order fulfillment exceptions and process deviations.
• Delivery planning, tracking and performance follow-up for timely execution.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate information flow.
• Apply product expertise to identify and deliver solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Proactive inventory monitoring and stock management to ensure supply continuity.
• Solve problems and provide process support using modern tools such as PowerBI, Celonis and Salesforce.
