Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or spare parts coordination.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High level of autonomy and self‑leadership.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end processes and multiple open tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts requests end‑to‑end for internal customers, ensuring timely, accurate and high‑quality service.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers – handle quotations, order processing, confirmations, and invoicing coordination.
• Actively manage and follow up on the order book, keeping customers informed about delivery status.
• Ensure high data accuracy across systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Prioritize incoming requests, manage multiple open tasks, and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
