Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply management and quality principles.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, communication and networking skills.
• Project management knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in SAP and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Manufacturing technology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and execute supplier development actions.
• Monitor and analyse supplier performance and trigger follow-up actions.
• Take ownership of quality, delivery and cost activities.
• Support suppliers with operational efficiency and development initiatives.
• Assess and follow up on supplier compliance and perform supplier ratings (VMS) and audits.
• Act as a point of contact for suppliers with quality, delivery or technical problems.
