Job summary

Eaton seeks a skilled trainer to lead its 3-phase UPS service trainings at the Vantaa Training Center, expanding programs for the EMEA region including Dubai. You will design concepts, develop content and act as a technical support expert across UPS products.

You will organize training schedules, create e-learning packages, and collaborate with the Technical Support team to ensure high-quality training aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Solid experience in Electrical and/or Power Electronics industry
• Proven experience delivering technical training and developing training programs
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, self-driven with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Technical leadership and mentoring mindset
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Ability to work across regions (Vantaa and Dubai) for EMEA trainings
• Experience with service training programs for UPS systems may be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the service training program in Vantaa Training Center for EMEA 3-phase UPS products
• Acts as primary trainer for 3-phase UPS service trainings
• Lead and develop trainings with Technical Support team and EMEA Service
• Create training schedules and allocate other trainers as needed
• Create training packages, e-learnings, remote trainings and materials
• Coordinate trainings with Dubai Training Center and other EMEA centers
• Ensure safety and zero-incident culture through training materials
• Provide senior-level technical support for field issues and escalations
• Contribute to knowledge base, bulletins and service guides
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Support and other stakeholders
