Job summary

Eaton is seeking a technical expert for its critical power UPS products in Vantaa, Finland, to enable and support Field Service Engineers across the EMEA region. You will diagnose issues, provide first-class technical support, run trainings, and contribute to service documentation.

The role involves troubleshooting complex UPS systems, coordinating with global teams, and helping drive a zero-incident culture through training and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Solid experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industry.
• Experience with UPS technologies preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train field service engineers and create documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with three-phase UPS systems.
• Provide technical support to field service engineers and ASPs.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions in field incidents.
• Run service trainings (onsite, remote, and e-learning).
• Create and maintain service knowledge base and documentation.
• Coordinate with factory teams for technical support.
