Aiven is seeking a high-impact Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA. Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue Marketing, you will be the primary architect of regional growth strategies designed to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in our most critical market.

This is not just an event planning role; it is a revenue-ownership role. You will design integrated, multi-channel campaigns that target our highest-value accounts and bridge brand awareness to closed-won deals.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Gen, or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment.
• Deep Funnel Expertise with ABM to influence complex buying committees.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and intent data platforms; Clay is a plus.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
• Comfort discussing data infrastructure with a technical audience (e.g., PostgreSQL, Kafka).

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of high-touch, multi-channel regional campaigns.
• Design and scale high-value field experiences to move late-stage deals.
• Collaborate with regional Sales to align marketing investment with territory goals.
