Aurora Live is growing across Europe and seeks a hands-on marketer who can turn business priorities into campaigns and measurable growth. You’ll work across data driven email, our website, HubSpot, and other campaigns with an objective mindset.

You’ll identify AI-enabled opportunities, automate workflows, and collaborate with sales to turn marketing activity into qualified opportunities and revenue, contributing to rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketer with an execution mindset and a bias for action.
• Experience with HubSpot, website and data-driven email marketing.
• Ability to move from strategy to campaign execution and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to improve marketing: campaign creation, research, personalization, content production, and automation.
• Identify and rebuild marketing processes for AI-driven automation and scaling.
• Apply AI to increase campaign output, shorten production cycles, and improve personalization.
