Job summary

Aurora Live is seeking a hands-on marketer to drive growth across Europe by turning business priorities into AI-powered campaigns. You’ll work across channels, including data-driven email, website, HubSpot, and other campaigns, turning insights into live marketing programs.

You’ll identify AI-enabled improvements, build scalable campaigns, and collaborate with sales to convert activity into opportunities and revenue. This is a growth-minded role in a multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Understand B2B marketing and be comfortable with platforms such as HubSpot and data-driven email marketing.
• Naturally interested in technology and AI, turning new possibilities into faster, better work and business results.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to improve marketing: campaign creation, research, personalization, content production, and automation.
• Identify processes to rebuild, automate or scale with AI and turn into working solutions.
• Apply AI-boosted marketing to increase campaign output, shorten production cycles, improve personalization, and automate repetitive work.
• Test new AI-enabled marketing tools, assess impact, and help the team adopt those that improve speed, quality or results.
• Execute B2B campaigns across data-driven email and other channels to bring new services to market.
• Build campaigns in HubSpot and other platforms, adapt messaging, content, landing pages and assets.
• Collaborate with sales to convert marketing activity into qualified opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
