Job summary

Cornerstone Ireland is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a large-scale data centre project in Espoo, Finland. The role oversees the electrical package from design through commissioning, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, materials and package delivery.

You will manage costs, oversee snagging, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the project.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience coordinating electrical design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of electrical subcontractor management, materials and valuations.
• Experience monitoring installation progress, manpower and programme performance.
• Experience with snagging, inspections and close-out processes.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical construction within complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical materials, deliveries, goods receipting, plant and equipment.

• Oversee day-to-day electrical site operations and ensure works meet project procedures.
• Coordinate installation activities through to testing and commissioning.
• Manage snagging process, weekly punch lists and close-out of snags.
• Coordinate preparation and close-out of the electrical safety file.
• Monitor electrical works against quality, safety and environmental standards.

Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre Project

Location: Espoo, Finland

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to oversee the delivery of the electrical package on a large-scale data centre project in Espoo.

The role will cover the electrical package from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing and commissioning, with responsibility for coordinating site teams, subcontractors, materials and package delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical package through design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate electrical design information with the Project Manager, consulting engineers and client representatives to support project delivery and programme requirements.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and site teams, monitoring installation progress, manpower levels and planned works against the project programme.
• Coordinate electrical materials, deliveries, goods receipting, plant and equipment required for package delivery.
• Manage costs associated with the electrical package, including subcontractors, materials, plant, equipment, variations and valuations.
• Oversee day-to-day electrical site operations and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate electrical installation activities through to testing and commissioning.
• Manage the electrical package snagging process, including weekly punch lists, allocation of outstanding works and close-out of snags.
• Coordinate the preparation, management and close-out of the electrical safety file.
• Monitor electrical works against required quality, safety and environmental standards throughout construction.
