Job summary

Metso seeks a Product Engineering Manager – Electrical to lead the electrical engineering team for Stirred Mill products. You will supervise design, drive system integration, and ensure on-time delivery of drive trains and control packages.

You will own engineering standards and collaborate with global teams to harmonize processes, mentor engineers, and contribute to product strategy and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering and control system design.
• English proficiency essential; German a plus.
• Experience leading a dynamic engineering team.
• Familiarity with E-Plan and Enovia PLM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering within the Stirred Mill product group.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of electrical and control systems packages.
• Develop and update electrical engineering standards and governance processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster team development.
• Collaborate across engineering departments to harmonize standards.
