Ventura Brands is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to turn visitors into customers by building landing pages, advertorials and websites with AI tools like Claude and Instant.so. You’ll run A/B tests and ship pages quickly to cash in on market demand.

You’ll optimize mysilvery.com on Shopify, collaborate with the media team to align ads with page messaging, and help launch new brands with rapid page creation and testing. Training and mentorship from the founder are provided.

Formación

• 2-3+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Experience building pages and optimizing conversions.

• Able to launch pages quickly and iterate.
• Strong eye for premium, high-converting design.

Do you enjoy working in ecommerce: building pages, testing ideas and seeing in the numbers what makes people buy? Then we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Specialist for Ventura Brands to turn more of our visitors into customers. You’ll build landing pages, advertorials and websites with AI tools, mainly Claude and Instant.so, and run A/B tests to see what works. We’re also launching new brands, so we need someone who can get new pages and websites live fast and keep improving them. You don’t need to know all of it yet. If you’re a solid ecommerce all‑rounder and eager to learn, we’ll teach you our AI workflow and how we test.

Silvery® is a fast-growing premium bedding brand for the U.S. market, sold on www.mysilvery.com and Amazon.com. It passed $1 million in monthly revenue just over a year after launch. Silvery® is part of Ventura Brands, a Finnish ecommerce company that has built several international consumer brands and served more than 300,000 customers.

What you will do

• Landing pages with AI: build landing pages, advertorials, listicles and offer pages with Claude and Instant.so, from idea to live page in hours, not weeks.

• Websites: improve mysilvery.com on Shopify, including product pages, collections, cart and checkout, so the store sells better on mobile and desktop.

• New brands: build the websites and first landing pages for the brands we’re launching.

• CRO and A/B testing: find where visitors drop off, test a fix and roll out what wins. You’ll use Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, heatmap data and session recordings.

• Offers: try bundles, upsells and pricing on the pages to raise conversion and average order value.

• Ads to pages: work with our media buyer and creative strategists so each ad leads to a page that matches its angle and promise.

What we’re looking for

• 2-3+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, ideally with a DTC brand.

• You enjoy doing the work yourself: building, writing and changing pages rather than only briefing others.

• You already use AI tools in your work and want to get really good at building pages with them. We’ll train you on Claude and Instant.so.

• You follow what’s working in ecommerce right now, and you can name the brands, pages and sources you learn from.

• A good eye for what looks premium and trustworthy, and a feel for writing that sells.

• Some experience with A/B testing or conversion work, or a strong wish to learn it properly.

• Comfort with numbers such as conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visitor.
