Job summary

SantaPark Arctic World in Rovaniemi is seeking a reliable Driver for the winter season to transport our team between locations and occasionally guests transfers. Our vans are used for short trips mainly within Rovaniemi and the surrounding areas.

A Category B driving licence and proven winter driving experience are essential. You should be punctual, safety-minded and able to work independently while handling schedules and passengers.

Qualifications

• Winter driving experience in Lapland is essential.

• Flexibility for winter-season shifts and remote rural routes.

We are looking for a reliable and service-minded Driver to join our team in Rovaniemi for the winter season.

Your main responsibility will be transporting our team members between different locations, with occasional guest transfers as needed. Driving takes place mainly within Rovaniemi and the surrounding areas.

Our vehicles are vans that can be driven with a standard Category B driving licence.

The work is available 16 November 2026 and 10 January 2027. Working hours very between 0-40h/week.

What we are looking for

Previous and confident winter driving experience is essential. Lapland’s winter conditions can be demanding, and safety is always our highest priority.

We expect you to be:

• Punctual, accurate and dependable
• Calm and safety-conscious in changing road and weather conditions
• Service-minded and friendly
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for schedules and passengers

For us, getting every team member and guest safely to their destination, while following traffic regulations and driving responsibly, is an absolute requirement.
