Job description

Extraordinary Experiences, the signature activity concept of SantaPark Arctic World, is looking for professional and warm-hearted guides for the winter season 2026–2027.

Our experiences are created especially for the guests of Arctic TreeHouse Hotel and Aino Private Island Hotel. Just like in our hotels, our aim is to offer a high level of service in every moment: personal, thoughtful, safe, and beautifully connected to the Arctic nature around us.

Our activities are arranged in small groups and as private experiences, allowing our guides to create genuine encounters with guests from around the world. As a guide, you may lead experiences such as Arctic floating, e-snowmobile tours, northern lights evenings, ice fishing, and peaceful forest programs.

At the heart of Extraordinary Experiences are professionalism, uncompromised safety, and pride and love for the delicate nature of Lapland.

We are looking for team members for Winter 2026-2027

The main contract period is November 2026 – February 2027. Shorter fixed-term contracts may also be possible depending on availability and the needs of the season.

General requirements
  • A warm and genuine customer service attitude
  • Good language skills, with English required
  • An energetic, proactive, and responsible way of working
  • The ability to entertain guests and share stories in an engaging way
  • A valid category B driving licence
  • Experience in winter driving
  • A good understanding of safety matters, including proper winter clothing and guest comfort in Arctic conditions
Considered as advantage
  • Other language skills
  • Snowmobiling experience
  • Professional photography skills
  • Previous guiding experience during the winter season in Lapland
What to expect
  • Professional training before the season begins
  • A clear introduction to our story, environment, safety practices, and ways of working
  • An international team where collaboration and support are part of daily work
  • A working environment where feedback and development are valued
  • Seasonal work in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland
  • Hourly salary with supplements and holiday compensation
  • Employment under the Adventure Services Collective Agreement
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends, with scheduled days off
  • Employee benefits, with details provided during the interview process
