Job summary

WP Henkilöstöpalvelut is looking for bus drivers to join our client in Lapland for the upcoming winter season. You will transport customers safely to destinations and support their travel experience with a focus on reliability and high service standards.

The role requires a valid bus driver qualification and a D-license, fluent Finnish and English, and a proactive, independent work attitude. Work period runs through the winter season from March to February 2027 with shifts totaling 90–112.5

Job description

You will drive customers safely to destinations and support their overall travel experience.

The role requires a valid bus driver qualification and possession of a D-license, customer-service-minded and flexible attitude, ability to work independently and proactively, and fluent Finnish and English.

The work period is the winter season from March to February 2027? with shifts totaling 90 or 112.5 hours over three weeks.

The contract follows the Mara TES for tourism, catering and leisure services.
