Metso in Espoo, Finland is seeking a Director of Commercial Project Management to lead and develop our global commercial PM capabilities for large mining and minerals projects. You will work across Sales, Project Delivery, Engineering, Legal and Finance to secure profitable, risk-managed execution, with flexible hybrid arrangements and a mindset of sustainable success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in engineering, business, law, finance, or related field.
• Experience in commercial management and contract management on complex capital projects.
• Experience leading teams across cultures and regions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive commercial excellence across the project portfolio.
• Ensure contracts are managed properly and risks controlled.
• Protect project profitability through the lifecycle and manage changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Delivery, Supply to deliver value.
