Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is assisting Metso with gold projects in hydrometallurgy, offering hands-on experience and skill development for early career engineers or those with some experience.

You will provide process engineering support, develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, equipment lists, and process descriptions and specs, while collaborating with project management and a mentor to grow technically.

Qualifications

• Degree in Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
• Organized, reliable and proactive with strong multitasking skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Finnish is a plus.
• Location: Espoo office availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for gold projects in hydrometallurgy.
• Develop core process documentation: PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, equipment lists, descriptions and specs.
• Collaborate with project management and a mentor on daily work.
